Registration

Each attendee must register prior to September 2, 2024. Registrations after September 2, 2024 will be charged a late registration fee of 50€.

All presenting authors attending the conference must register prior to July 15, 2024.

Registration and payment of conference fees will be handled by EASYCHAIR through this LINK.

The payment portal will available from February 15, 2024.

Deadline for EARLY BIRD registration is May 15, 2024.

It is strongly recommended for each conference attendee especially all presenting authors to register as soon as possible.

You do not need to pay the registration fees at the same time. You could pay later.

Once you register, the Local Organising Committee will be able to issue an invitation letter which you can use at the Greek Consulate/Embassy to obtain your VISA.

You must request your invitation letter by sending an email to the Conference Secretariat at  ispts2024@tuc.gr 

Required Personal Information on Invitation Letter

Please provide the following information by email to the Conference Secretariat: Family name, Given Names, Date of Birth, Passport No. (if available), and Institutional address. If you are coming with an accompanied person, please supply their information too.
